We experienced a case of chylothorax in a 23-days-old female who was admitted to the
department of pediatrics because of respiratory difficulty and poor feeding.
She was born by full-term, vacuum-extractedl The 2nd stage of labor was prolorged and
umbilical cord was encircled her neck at birth.
Chest P-A showed massive effusion of the right lung. Milky white fluid was obtained
